Once you complete this form and submit, a member from our team will reach out to you with shipping instructions so we can test your water and recommend a filtration system specifically tailored to your requirements.
Don't worry, we'll cover the shipping on all samples from within Ontario to our testing facility in Cambridge, Ontario.
